Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your gear.

Try it on at home

Items must not have been ridden or washed, show no marks or odours, and come back with all tags attached, protectors included, in the original packaging.

Free size exchanges

Email info@motoreloaded.com with your order number and the size you need. We send you a prepaid return label. Once your return has arrived and passed inspection, we ship the new size. Exchanges depend on stock.

Refunds

Return shipping for refunds is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@motoreloaded.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
