Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses across Canada. No minimum order. No hidden fees. Your order ships fully tracked via UPS.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and apply to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your order in real time at ups.com/track or via the UPS mobile app.

Duties & Taxes

All orders to Canadian addresses are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable import duties and taxes are covered by us — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, period.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not ship internationally from this store. For orders outside Canada, please visit resurgencegear.eu.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@motoreloaded.com. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure you receive your order or a full replacement.
